and surrounding area. Membership is open to anyone 11 and over with an interest in the
hobby whatever level of skill they have.
All Layout materials for constructing the club layouts along with a wide
range of tools are provided FREE (unlike some clubs). What an opportunity to learn new skills from just drinking tea and
chatting through woodwork - constructing baseboards - scenery -
loco construction to complex electrics.
Membership is the equivalent of just £2 a week (£0.50 juniors). Why not pay us a visit at our clubroom on Mondays or Wed 7.45pm on for a
chat.

Tragic news is the sudden death of
our President, Mr Bradford Model Railway club Arthur Towers suddenly at home on
16th Feb
Arthur a stalwart of the club for as long as I can remember will be sadly missed
both in and outside the club.
He with his son Chris modelled in various scales from "n" to "0" and a few obscure ones in-between. Arthur was the clubs ambassador whether out with the clubs or their own layouts (Dolly Hill, Fryup) and was always seen at exhibition taking to friends and colleges "eh up its the lads from Bradford" was often the cry. Always there ,always helping, always laughing, he will be sadly missed both within and outside the club.
Our heart felt wishes go out to Chris and his family Lets remember him as we knew him behind their layout
The funeral accompanied by Arthur's beloved brass band music had a good turnout of fellow modellers and was held on Friday 22nd Feb 2007 at Nab Wood Cemetery: Shipley; West Yorkshire
